How to configure team notifications
- Open the right sidebar.
- Go to Notifications.
- For each event, choose in-app and/or email delivery.
- Start small (for example role changes and new members), then add more only when needed.
- Review your settings after 1-2 weeks and align them with your real work rhythm.
